We will be honoring a number of Cereals & Grains Association members at Cereals & Grains 19 in Denver, November 3–5. Sunday's opening general session will feature two Fellows, the winners of the Alsberg-French Schoch Memorial Lectureship, the Thomas Burr Osborne Medal recipient, and the William F. Geddes Memorial winner. The Excellence in Teaching award, Edith A. Christensen award, and Young Scientist Research award will be presented during Monday's plenary session. A new correction function for falling number at non-sea-level conditions was developed by the AACC Approved Methods program in response to the 2017 study by the U.S. Department of Agriculture Agricultural Research Service.
