It is important that AACC International members are aware of the association’s activities and are given the opportunity to comment on them. All members play an important role in achieving our goals and helping to keep the association highly relevant. This editorial provides an update on some of the association’s activities, including information about our efforts to improve the quality and breadth of science presented at our meetings, ways of improving the membership structure, our renewed look at fortification, the potential creation of a North American grains and health institute, the Hawaii annual meeting, an ICC-AACC Intl. summit, and more.
