Due to program and publishing deadlines, withdrawal of abstract after May 4, 2012 cannot be considered. Abstracts may be withdrawn during the submission period by using the link provided in the confirmation e-mail sent to each presenter once the abstract has been submitted. Click the “Withdraw your Abstract” option under the Options & Help/Abstract Details page.
There is no refund for abstracts that are withdrawn.NEW this year, every Presenter of an oral or poster abstract must register by August 13, 2012 or the abstract is withdrawn from the meeting.
After the open submission deadlines, abstracts may be withdrawn only by written notification using one of the following means of communication.
Notification to AACC International must include the abstract title, submitters first and last name, and e-mail address. All withdrawn notification will be acknowledged by AACC International.
