The Supplier Innovation Session format lets you showcase your products and services to interested meeting attendees in an exclusive setting. Because these sessions are concurrent with other technical program offerings, the highest profitability for a successful, well-attended session is one that offers new information, products, applications, or solutions for hot industry topics or challenges. This opportunity is open only to 2014 exhibitors at no additional fee.
Completed Supplier Innovation Session Applications due to AACCI by June 30, 2014.
Participation Information and Application Date/Time
Presenters can indicate their first and second choices for preference of the day and time from the following options:
- Monday, A.M.
- Monday, P.M.
- Tuesday, A.M.
Session
40 minute time slot with 10 minutes for set-up, and 30 minutes for the presentation. Sessions will be two hours long with three presentations in each session.
Session Categories
Presenters may choose one of two categories for their presentation:
- Ingredients
- Instruments/Equipment/Services
Room Set
Theatre style meeting room for 30-50 people
AV Equipment
LCD projector screen, podium, microphone, table in front of room. Computers are the responsibility of the presenter.
Acceptance Criteria
Company must be a 2014 AACC International exhibitor.
Product/topic must be applicable to the interests of the AACC International membership.
Available sessions are limited and will be reviewed on a first-come basis.
Participation is limited to one supplier session per paying exhibit.
Submitters will be notified of acceptance in July 2014.
Date and Time preference is subject to scheduling and submission date of application.
Fee
Complimentary to the participating exhibitors.
