Technical and Poster Presenters Registration Deadline
Continuing this year, every PRESENTER of an oral or poster abstract MUST register by JULY 16, 2014 or the abstract is withdrawn from the meeting.

Presenter Rates
Reduced presenter registration fees are offered for special sessions (symposia), oral technical, and poster presenters.
Exhibitor Registration
The Primary Exhibit Contact will receive copies of all preliminary and program announcements to facilitate exhibit and hotel registrations. Instructions on how to register your exhibit staff will be e-mailed to the Primary Contact. Each exhibiting company receives one Complimentary Exhibitor Registration. Additional exhibitors from the company should register with the Paid Exhibitor registration. A discounted special exhibitor rate (for up to three exhibitors per company) for advanced and regular/onsite registration is available.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registration cancellations must be made in writing and received by AACCI no later than August 21, 2014. Cancellations received by this date are subject to a $125 processing fee; ticketed events will be fully refunded. Ticketed events and meeting registration cancellations received after August 21, 2014, are not subject to a refund.
