The Cereals & Grains Association Milling & Baking Division looks forward to welcoming current and prospective division members at its 2022 Spring Technical Conference, held at the Crossroads Hotel in Kansas City, Missouri, U.S.A., April 28-29, 2022.

The meeting will bring together persons in the fields of milling and baking to provide a forum for discussions, reviews and information sharing. Two days of programming has been carefully designed to inform participants of new technologies, the marketplace and how it’s changing, general market outlook, regulatory changes, advances in foo​d safety, and much more!


Attendees may look forward to the following takeaways:

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests for the course MUST be made in writing and received by Cereals & Grains Association no later than April 4, 2022. Cancellations received by this date will be issued a refund equal to the registration fee less a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received after April 4, 2022, are NOT subject to a credit or refund.

Cereals & Grains Association reserves the right to cancel this course if a sufficient number of registrations are not received by April 4,​ 2022. If the association cancels this course, your registration fee will be refunded in full. In the event the association cancels this meeting, the association is not liable for nonrefundable airfares or ticket change penalties imposed by the airlines. By registering for this meeting, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms and conditions.
