Cereals & Grains Association offers laboratory reference samples as an additional way for laboratories to check their accuracy. Values have been determined for the samples through a collaborative method study.
Laboratory reference samples are purchased by laboratories as needed - they are not available as a subscription.
About the Reference Samples
The reference sample available is Total Dietary Fiber (TDF). These samples are held in cold storage, a procedure that helps to maintain product consistency over time.
