St. Paul, Minn. (July 10, 2008) – The 58th Australian Cereal Chemistry Conference, now organized by the AACC International DownUnder Section and The Royal Australian Chemistry Institute’s (RACI) Cereal Chemistry Division, will be held August 31 through September 4, 2008 in Surfers Paradise, Queensland, Australia.
The conference includes an outstanding line-up of Australian and international presenters. This is the only meeting that brings together Australia’s scientific and technical experts covering all aspects of the field.
The program will cover a range of issues including innovation in cereal quality and nutrition, new characterization techniques, grains for animal feed, grains for bioplastics and biofuels, and advances in grain science and technology. Exhibits will provide attendees with additional opportunities to explore the latest technology and research.
The Conference will take place at the Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort and Spa. Hotel reservations are due July 31 to receive negotiated rates.
