(NYSE: JWa and JWb), Hoboken, NJ [August 11, 2017] is delighted to announce its selection by the AACC International (AACCI) as publishing partner for its prestigious scholarly journal Cereal Chemistry. Founded as the American Association of Cereal Chemists in 1915, the AACCI is a leading international professional association with nearly 2,000 members.
Beginning in January 2018, Wiley will assume publishing responsibility for the AACCI’s esteemed journal, Cereal Chemistry. The journal will be hosted on Wiley Online Library, including 20 years of back file content.
The AACCI has been an influential leader in bringing together scientific information and technical research on cereal grains, pulses, and related materials through its publications and meetings for over 100 years. In keeping with the AACCI’s mission, the partnership will expand the global reach and visibility of Cereal Chemistry and provide an enhanced digital presence and exciting new services for the Association’s members, authors, readers, and editors.
