Webinar Summary

Dietary fiber occupies a unique space in nutritional testing and product labeling, because of the evolution in its functional definition.  Recent changes within this definition have resulted in a rapid increase in the number of possible approved methods for analysis and reporting of fiber content.  In this webinar a panel of experts will discuss three important questions:

1) What are the regulatory requirements that may impact your selection of an approved method for product analysis?

2) What are practical considerations in method selection, such as fitness for purpose?

3) International consensus on the definition of fiber may be changing. What are those changes and what does that mean for method selection when working with international partners?
