Deadline
Reservations must be made by September 18, 2015, to guarantee convention rates. After that date, room blocks will be released and rooms and rates will be based on availability. All housing changes, cancellations, and inquiries should be made directly with the hotel.

Room Deposit, Payment Methods, and Tax
All rates are per room per night and are subject to 13.4% tax (subject to change). Reservations will not be accepted without a valid credit card guarantee of one night’s room rate plus tax for each room reserved.
Cancellations
After September 18, 2015, rooms and rates are subject to availability. Cancellations at the Hilton made within 24 hours of the day of arrival will forfeit their room deposit. Early departures are subject to penalties set by the hotel. Credit cards will only be charged if cancelled within the penalty period. A charge of the first night’s room and tax will be applied and/or forfeited if you do not cancel or do not arrive (no show).

If you are contacted by Global Housing Corp., Exhibition Housing Services, Convention Expo Travel (CET), BookMyRooms.com, or anyone claiming to book hotel rooms or travel on behalf of AACCI, DO NOT book your travel or hotel reservations with any caller or email claiming to represent AACCI. AACCI does not authorize outside booking agents for any AACCI meetings. These companies may be offering hotel rates that are above/below the AACCI-discounted convention rates published on the AACCI Annual Meeting website. No one can book hotel rooms at rates lower than AACCI-contracted rates over AACCI Meeting dates at the AACCI-designated hotels.
Many of these organizations ask for full payment upfront. Please also be advised that once you sign any agreements (i.e., credit card authorization forms), AACCI cannot guarantee that you will get your money back. Be aware that reservations booked through these companies may not be honored by the AACCI-contracted hotels and AACCI will not guarantee these reservations.
