Airline Information - Minneapolis/Saint Paul Airport (MSP)
MSP has two terminals:
- Terminal 1 – formerly Lindbergh terminal, servicing: Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Frontier Airlines, United Airlines and US Airlines
- Terminal 2 – formerly Humphrey Terminal, servicing: Air Tran Airlines, Icelandair, Southwest Airlines and Sun Country Airlines
Travelers who need to transfer from one terminal to the other use the light rail transit service. Trains operate 24 hours a day between terminals. No fare is required between airport stations. There is no pedestrian access between the buildings.
Transportation to and from Downtown Minneapolis
- Super Shuttle is offering a discounted rate of $15 one way and $24 round trip plus a 10% fuel surcharge from the airport to the downtown Minneapolis hotels for travel October 14 - 23, 2015. - Taxi Service is available outside the baggage claim area. Travel time from the airport to downtown Minneapolis hotels is 20 minutes without traffic. Fees vary from $32.00 to $42.00 one way depending on traffic.
- Light Rail Service/Buses is available from the airport to the down town area, however light rail stops are not close to the convention center or the hotels used for the joint meeting.
