Cereals&Europe, in collaboration with UMR IATE (INRAE, Institut-Agro Montpellier, Univ. Montpellier), invites abstract submissions for oral presentations at the 22nd EYCSTW, to be held from May 26-28, 2025, in Montpellier, France. Join the vibrant cereal and grain science community to present your research, network with peers, and gain insights from industry experts. This year, the workshop will be hosted at INRAE Montpellier, a prestigious institution renowned across Europe for excellence in agricultural and environmental sciences.
The European Young Cereal Scientists and Technologists Workshop (EYCSTW) includes a broad range of subjects in cereal and grain sciences, including cereal processing, product quality, analytical techniques, sensory science, nutrition and health, and novel specialist ingredients. EYCSTW is a unique platform for PhD students and postdoctoral researchers to exchange ideas and share the latest research in cereals and grains.
Over the years, EYCSTW has successfully balanced educational sessions with social and networking events, including keynote lectures from senior researchers, factory visits, and social gatherings. We encourage young scientists to submit abstracts showcasing their innovative work.
Oral presentations will be organized in a series of subjects related to cereals and grains, including keynote lectures from senior speakers as well as factory visits and social events.
