Cereal Foods World Overview
Cereal Foods World (CFW) includes articles that focus on
food chemistry, nutrition, processing, regulatory, product
development and applications, quality assurance, analytical
procedures, food safety, and other technical areas. With the onset
of COVID, the world has changed. In line with the impact of these
changes on the way we communicate and consume content, the Cereals &
Grains Association leadership is working to determine new ways to
deliver valuable content to association members and the greater food
science community and to bring you the information you need through
new channels that are relevant to you. As the association analyzes
how to deliver important applied content, the November-December 2020
issue of Cereal Foods World’s will be the last issue. All
archived CFW content will be available to Cereals & Grains
Association members going forward. Thank you for your support of
