AACCI does not authorize outside booking agents on behalf of the AACCI, the 2013 Annual Meeting, or any future AACCI meetings. Exhibition Housing Services, CET and BookMyRooms.com may be offering hotel rates that are above/below the AACCI-discounted convention rates published on the AACCI Annual Meeting website. No one can book hotel rooms at rates lower than AACCI-contracted rates over AACCI Annual Meeting dates at the AACCI-designated hotels.
Many of these organizations ask for full payment upfront. Please also be advised that once you sign any Exhibition Housing Services, CET and/or BookMyRooms.com agreements (i.e., credit card authorization forms), AACCI cannot guarantee that you will get your money back.
