Oral Technical and Poster Presenters Registration Deadline
Continuing this year, every PRESENTER of an oral or poster abstract MUST register by July 23, 2016 or the abstract is withdrawn from the meeting. Presenter of a late-breaking abstract MUST register by August 24, 2016 or the late-breaking abstract will be withdrawn from the meeting.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registration cancellations must be made in writing and received by AACCI no later than September 9, 2016. Cancellations received by this date are subject to a $125 processing fee; ticketed events will be fully refunded. Ticketed events and meeting registration cancellations received after September 9, 2016, are not subject to a refund.
In the event of changes or cancelations to the meeting schedule including but not limited to sessions, workshops, and/or tours, AACC International is not responsible for any travel reimbursement or expenses incurred by the participant.
